Then you will have to learn how to print through an ICC profiles and use an editing app that allows you to print with ICC profiles. If the steps of the ramp vary in tonalities from dark to light, there is really nothing you can do except have a custom ICC profile created for a specific paper you are using. If the printed steps are linear in tonality from the darkest to the lightest then maybe you can adjust the color balance within the printer driver to counteract the bluish tone. The reason is to see whether ALL the tonalities from darkest to lightest suffer from this bluishness you are seeing. Now what you really need to do is create or find an image of a 20 step NEUTRA black to white ramp and print that. So the cast you see is pretty much normal. When you print to B&W, the printer will use ALL the other colors and some black ink ( only for accenting darks ) to produce a composite black color. This printer only has one general use black ink.
